These workshops are designed to give you easy tools you can use in your everyday life to keep your brain active. Dr. Tornatore will explain why everyone experiences “senior moments” and what to do about them. Participants learn easy ways to improve their memories and keep their minds active to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s. Much of the workshop will involve participation in brain-strengthening activities.
